Team USA Player Nomination
The Team USA Nomination Form was created to ensure that athletes, coaches, parents, and fans had their chance to make USA Football aware of players who deserve consideration for the various teams. USA Football’s goal is to provide any and all athletes with the opportunity to be considered for Team USA.
Athletes: Nominate yourself, a teammate or a worthy opponent.
Parents and Coaches: Nominate your deserving student athletes.
