U19 Player Application
Welcome to the official Team USA player application. By completing this application, you are applying to play for the 2011 U19 U.S. National Team. The U19 Team USA will compete in the USA vs. World Game in 2011.
USA Football takes great pride in managing the U.S. National Teams and is continually seeking great players both on and off the field to be a part of the U.S. National Team program. The Team USA selection process is a very difficult one as there are many great players throughout the United States at all levels. It is very important that you know that we weigh the player application heavily in the selection process as its is the single most effective means we use to learn about players around the country. Please take your time filling out the information and provide us with as much information as you can. Also if you have film available it would be in your best interest to make sure we can view it online or by mailing us a copy.
