Player Academy Detail Information

USA Football Player Academy - Fair Oaks, CA

The USA Football Player Academy is a developmental youth football experience designed to help players master football fundamentals. The Player Academy curriculum is position specific and age appropriate. Instruction focuses on developing proper fundamentals so that players are better prepared for the upcoming season.

(1) 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Check-In
(2) 8:45 AM - 11:30 AM: On-Field/Classroom
(3) 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM: Lunch/Speaker
(4) 1:00 PM - 4:15 PM: On-Field
(5) 4:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Pick Up

Limitations/Equipment

All players must bring their own helmet with chin strap, shoulder pads, mouth piece, cleats and gym shoes. Also, please bring a prepared/ packed LUNCH with you each day.
